4k Weeks collects no data. Your birthdate stays on your iPhone, and nobody else, including us, can see it.
What the app stores
The app stores your birthdate on your iPhone, in storage shared only between the app and its own widgets, so the widgets can show your weeks. It also stores the options you choose for each widget.
None of this leaves your iPhone. It is included in your iPhone's own backups (iCloud or computer) if you use them, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
What the app doesn't do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking.
- No third-party code that collects data.
- No servers of ours: the app doesn't connect to the internet.
Siri and Shortcuts
When you ask Siri or run a shortcut for your weeks left, the app works out the number on your iPhone and gives it to Siri or Shortcuts, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
This website
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Our own server keeps no access logs. If a request causes a server error, the server writes one line about that request to its system log, and that line includes your IP address. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and nothing loaded from other sites.
Deleting your data
Delete the app to delete all of its data. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to delete or hand over.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
